Individuals can make online reservations simply by CLICKING HERE OR they can call (865) 436-9361 Dial 1 for Individual Reservations, NOT Group Sales, and identify themselves with ACM-ASSN COMPUTING MACHINERY at the time of reservation. 

GROUPS OF 4 OR MORE ROOMS, CALL THE GROUP SALES DEPT.

Individual reservations require the first night’s room/tax at the time of reservation with the remaining balance due upon check-in. 

• Standard Double Queen Interior & Exterior: $84.00 Sunday thru Thursday - $134.00 Friday & Saturday - plus tax

• Double Queen Front Balcony: $104.00 Sunday thru Thursday - $144.00 Friday & Saturday - plus tax

• King Balcony Fireplace: - $114.00 Sunday thru Thursday - $154.00 Friday & Saturday - plus tax

Cancellations may be made 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date forfeits the first night’s room/tax. Rates are based upon up to four people per room. Rate and room block will be honored until the cut-off date of Wednesday, October 29, 2025 After the cut-off date, the rate will be adjusted, and rooms may be reserved based on availability. Rates are for Double Queen rooms. Room rates are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees, currently 12.75%. Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability to your attendees, 1 day before and 1 day after the above dates.
