As you are getting settled into your fall schedule we want to remind you that this November we will be having the 56th annual ACM Mid-Southeast Conference in beautiful Gatlinburg, TN. We hope that you and your students will begin to plan and discuss possible presentations that you can make at this year’s conference. We will be sending out a call for abstracts in early September. For now just mark the date and begin making your plans to attend a wonderful conference and hear about all the great work people are doing.
We are also looking for anyone who would like to help organize and run this year’s conference. We will need help with program scheduling, session chairs, and judges. If you can help out in any of these areas please contact the conference chair, Greg Kawell: (gakawell@samford.edu) or Kathy Winters(kathy-winters@utc.edu ).
