About the Conference

In order to ensure the safety of our members, this year’s conference will be held online via a combination of Zoom and YouTube.  Student presentations will be uploaded to YouTube, and presentation videos will be linked on the conference website.  We will have a social meeting on November 13th in the virtual hospitality suite. On November 14th, we will have professional presentations and the business meeting.  The conference will conclude with student awards and another visit to our virtual suite.

Naturally, because we are not meeting at the Glenstone Lodge this year, our costs are dramatically reduced.  For this year’s conference, students may register and attend free of charge.  Professional member registration fees are reduced to $25.00.
